What we collect

For each authorized user we store a name, a mobile phone number, which vehicles and doors they may control, whether they have signed up for SMS alerts, and a log of the messages and commands they send (time, command and result).

How we use it

We use this information only to check that a message comes from an authorized number, carry out commands, send the alerts and replies the user signed up for, and keep a short history for troubleshooting and security.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

Service providers

We use a messaging provider (SignalWire) to send and receive texts and calls, and a hosted database to store the information above. They process it only to provide that service to us.

Keeping and deleting data

Message and command logs are kept only as long as needed for troubleshooting and security. Text UNSUBSCRIBE to stop all messages. To have your number and history removed, contact us below.

Security

The control dashboard is password protected, and incoming messages are checked for a valid provider signature before any command runs.
